Bad service

Hi there, I just ordered from McD as per email below and my order came however I’m very much disappointed that the Delivery man came with a speed point that does not work and on his slip apparently I specified a cash payment of which I did NOT, all I did as per normal is click on the payment on delivery option and there’s always a WORKING speed point... I find this very poor on service especially the fact that my delivery had to go back on something they were suppose to CHECK!

I wish not to take this to social media and hope this matter will be further addressed and solved so that I don’t have to experience any of this again.
