Bad service

Very disappointed with the service at McDonald's midridge in midrand. When certain things happen you let them go as a customer but ut can't be happening all over and be expected to shove things under the rug all the time.

Bringing wrong orders number one, the adding ice to drinks when asked while ordering not to add that, i tell them i asked for no ice in any of my orders, they " remove" and bring back drinks that a half in my cups like, why do they act as though they're doing me a favor when i apid dor what I've ordered. Mistakes happen and i understand but now i feel like the staff in this restaurant just take us for fools
