Bad service

I ordered food on the app to be delivered from the Wonderboom outlet After 2 hours and multiple calls to their help line I still did not have any food. Every time I called the helpline I was promised they would call me back in 10min and I never heard back from them which lead to me having to call multiple times. I eventually told them to cancel my order after struggling for 2 hours with no help. I was also no able to get a hold of the wonderboom outlet at all
