Bad Service

McDonald’s Protea Glen Mall

I was at McDonald’s Protea Glen Mall drive thru to get food only to be told that they only take cash. I asked for a solution only for the teller to tell me that other people have been going to withdraw since their speed point is offline. I asked for a solution which I did not get which makes me livid I cause what I know is managers together with the staff are trained to have problem solving skills which none of that was app****. I’m sooo disappointed
