BAD SERVICE

I recently made an order on the Scoot app for McDonald's and I ordered the Chillie cheese fries from the McDonald's in Parktown, so when the driver came to deliver my order he said that the restaurant told him that they ran out of chilli cheese fries and they called and informed me and instead of making a replacement for the fries i didn't make one, of which they never called me and when the driver queried with the scoot support and the restaurant they said that he went back with the order. So when I try to call the restaurant they aren't answering and when I query with scoot they tell me that the driver went back with the order. Now all I want from Mc Donald's is my refund but it seems like no one is trying or willing to help. I'm really disappointed with McDonald's, I don't think I will ever order from them anytime soon
