Bad service

I am very disappointed in Mc Donald's Belhar poor service and bad customer relations .Myself and my wife bought meals at the store and it was the promotional Nazo meals that comes with coke zero or Stoney upon moving to pay point the employee said they don't have this zero cooldrinks and proceeded and charged us additional for a regular beverage witch is 1stly wrong as this is not our fault .The fact that the manager then said the promotion is over was even worse the food is average as the chips is cold and burgers ,a complaint was made and they responded saying they try to call but i have no record of that call
