Bad service

I went to belhar McDonald's on Wednesday the 25th September 2024. I ordered at 20:06 and only got my food at 21:10. More than an hour waiting for food. My number on my slip did not even reflect on the screen for collection or preparing. The service is very bad and the staff just ignored the customers complaining of waiting too long. The drive thru went quickly but inside very disrespectful staff.
