Bad service

I went to buy my lunch an hour ago at aukland park Johannesburg when I got there the lady taking orders on drive thru was so ride to my husband and I. As if that was not enough I went on the collect my meal as I got home when we started eating only to realise that 1 burger does not have the bottom roll I'm really livid at this point and I will take this futher.
