BAD SERVICE

Mcdonalds in brackenhurst has **** service and **** attitudes from there cashier Pumzile I scanned my points at 2 different terminals however it didn't go through successfully. After speaking to Phumzile who is apparently the supervisor told me to wait 35 mins for my points to return RIDICULOUS. She acted as if I didn't have money in my account to buy food. That is not the case as I still ordered my food with money that I paid for, however it is really bad customer service to be treated like **** for food I am paying for. The manager walked past going to the bathroom I noticed his name badge and enquired with him - he spoke in a better manner and apologized. I am still disgusted that my points have been taken as if it was used yet I haven't received any food for this. What's the point of buying so much mcdonalds to earn points that gets stuck at 20000 but can't be used. TOTALLY UNFAIR. I AM NOT HAPPY.
