Bad service

I am so disappointed or can even say disgusted in McDonald's @4 Church Square @ cnr Parliament and Spin Street. I am a Crime Liaison Officer for the City of Cape Town and currently on duty doing patrols in the area when I suddenly felt dizzy due to the long hours that we worked and as I am a diabetic just wanted to use the toilet to administer my Insulin. Ask at the till if I can quickly use their toilet to inject me the cashier said no they don't allow non customers to use their Toilets I asked to speak to the manager and the girl spoke to the manager in her native language whereby the manager also then told me that they cannot allow me to use the toilet I showed her my insulin pen but she stood her ground that non customers cannot use their Toilets. I said this is a medical emergency but she still said no and sent me on my way. We are law enforcers who have to put our lives on the line for them yet they have such policies which does not care about our needs. We do not do patrols with Toilets to our advantage whenever we need it. I'm truly disgusted with their policies because (for a diabetic if my glucose levels drop it is life-threatening and can become serious or even fatal.
