Bad service

Very very nad experience van mcdonalds plattekloof firts the service is bad in the drive threw they must please hire people that have customer and know whst they doing or atleast train them my orders they got wrong then when i left they never gave my cuppacino that i paid for now when i Phoned them they said theres nothin they can do very very bad i will never buy from them again and also post a bad review every day because im very angry They actually ****** me because i never got what i paid for
