Bad service

To whom it may concern

Today I drove an hour from my house to our nearest Mcdonalds to take my mother out for Breakfast. She absolutely loves McDonalds burgers, and I therefor decided to take her there.

What a bad decision that was. We placed our order at 9h07 the morning, and went to sit down as we wanted to eat in. We waited.....and waited......only after 30minutes I had to go and ask where our order was as we were still waiting for our food. Only to be told they are busy with the order now. After that we waited a further 15minutes to receive our food. One would understand if they were busy, but along with two other people we were alone inside. However, they had seemed to be busy with their drive through customers and it seem like all their focus was on them.

What was supposed to be a good breakfast out with my mother was spoilt by the bad service.
