Bad service

I went to McDonald's Denlyn yesterday evening, I bought 2 meals and the chilli Cheese fries my order nr was 3385. After receiving my order I left and when we got hom I was surprised to see there's no chips for the meals, no tomato sauce and not even serviettes the food was of bad quality. I tried to call them but only *** at the telephone nr and customer care only operating from Monday - Friday office hours. I couldn't go back as it was in Mamelodi and I stay in Eersterust. I need somebody to contact me and tell me what's the way forward cause I won't let this go. I still have my slip as proof contact me urgently.
