Bad service

Good day

I placed an order on the 28/01/2023 my Order went through it was 12:20 after that I waited

A lady called me around at 13:00 saying the Mc Cafe is closed so I should cancel the whole order

So I went to my app to go and cancel the order I received another call from a lady called Miche she said it's fine I should not cancel she will just refund me the amount of the carrot cake, I was fine with that

So she said the rest of the order will be delivered and I should receive the refund for the carrot cake in 3-10workimg days

So I waited for the order the driver called me saying I should go outside I went outside and there was no driver, so I went back n I waisted my airtime calling he said he is gone

At 4pm he calls me and say he has the food I should come out, I again came out he was nowhere to be found

So I paid R183.60 but I did not receive anything , I want my money back and also a refund for the waste of time and the waste of my airtime calling a driver and I was hungry whole day

Imagine I had to buy something else fore me to eat

I'm disappointed In Mac Donalds Service
