Bad service

I am very disappointed in their service. Ordered something thru the drive thru. I repeated my order 3 times. I paid and when I collected they missed one on the meals I ordered. Wben I complained they just told me that I need tk go thru the drive thru again. I ask why they cant just fixed it and they told me the they cant. I feel that they vere very unprofessional as the drive thru was busy. Its nit me that got the order wrong it was them and they should have helped me
