Bad service

I Always go to McDonald's in Avonwood , Elsies River in Cape town. They are always short staff and you have to wait to be served since the person who must ring up your order is busy making ice cream cones or busy doing something at the back. I dnt know if it's the area but when I go to The McDonald's in Parow there's more staff even someone at the till even though they have self service podiums. They should really change management and rather get self service podiums since u always wait long to be served. I'm always dissapointed when I visit Avonwood.I McDonald's.
