Bad service

Went through MacDonalds in potchstroom's drive through and purchased two big mag meals. We drove off with my wife only to realise when she took the food we didn't have serviettes, no ketchup. I called the store to complain to the manager, someone answered the phone and i was put holding for the manager until i rang out of airtime. Disappointed
