Bad service

Good day I am so disappointed with the service I received from Macdonald. I was at Macdonald time 23:34pm Sunday the 29th of May 2022. I was assisted by Msawenkosi Marana who was drunk on shift. I waited for like 15 minutes outside the drive through with no assistance until two guys wanted to rob me outside. I hooted to scare them away and bring attention to the two cars in front of me and get the guys attention inside. I hooted for like 5 minutes and the guy assisting me finally came to the window and told me to wait for the order. I explained that there are two guys walking waiting to rob me but he did not car. I was so scared I left without my order. The guys must be reprimanded to speed up the order at night. I cant wait 20 to 30 min for an order at night when there where to guys walking claiming that they are waiting for their order on the drive through walking not in a car. Please tighten your security at night so your customers don't get ******. The two staff there where inside dissapered when I was hooting. I want my money back!
