bad service

afew days ago i went to mcdonalds for two cappuccinos, drove through the drive thru. i was told to wait in the front someone would bring my coffee to me. after waiting almost 25 mins i went inside. i asked a lady at the mc cafe where my coffee was . she only started making it then . while waiting again i noticed four bread rolls being prepared, the door was open and flies were flying all around and sitting on the food. this morning on my way to work, i went back for coffee. it was so weak, basically tastes like water and milk. same happened to a friend at the same store!!!
