Bad service

This morning I went to McDonald’s at Blue Hills in Midrand. Using the drive-thru the lady taking orders( Faith Molapi) explained that breakfast was not ready, before placing my order I asked her how long it would take and she said 4-5 minutes. Based and that information I decided to order(this was at 7:05am). When I got to the window to pay for my order it was 7:12 and I mentioned to the lady that she should have been honest enough to mention that the food would take long and not lie because I for one calculated the time of waiting and how long it would take me to get to work.

When I finally got to the window to collect my food the shift manager kept asking me if I want sugar with my coffee while I was trying to explain to him what had happened. I’m so disappointed in that franchise. I know you guys have a SLA for how long an order should take and if 20minutes is what a customer has to wait for an order then I might as well go and sit-in at a restaurant and order food there. I will never buy for there again.

To think I’m working at a bank now because of the experience I got from working at McDonald’s I am ashamed to mention this after the service I got today!!
