Bad service

Extremely disepointed in the experience I had over the last couple of weeks with McDonald's sa cape Town area.. I placed orders online/on the app and not just didil I wait more than 3 hours for the food to arrive, someone called atleast 30 minutes before the orders was delivered asking if I stil want the orders or not.. I was so upset and disappointed, no sympathy from the lady I spoke with at all.. She basically said if I'm not happy I should cancel my order and place an order again on another day.. I was truly shocked and disappointed with the whole delivery process that took place.. I also placed orders in another McDonald's brance in cape Town acre, another disepointing experience becuase when opening the my food it was so cold and very limited.. I did not enjoy it at all and becuase I'm extremely busy during the day I did not have the apportunity to return and complain about it. Being a McDonald's consumer and reliable customer for years I'm extremely disappointed in the brand and how I was treated.. Strongly considering changing the food I love due to bad service.
