Bad service

I went pass McDonald's in berea Durban to buy chicken veg salad,they kept me waiting over 23 minutes after that they brought my order to my suprise there was no fork and dressing for my veg.i could not go back since I was on N3 I am so crossed as I had to use my fingers to eat
