BAD SERVICE

We ordered food at McDonald's Blackheath through Uber eats last night and when the food came it was ice cold and the wrong drink (cream soda instead of a watermelon fizz) was sent with the food. My husband had to phone McDonald's because it's not Uber eats that made the mistake. We sent the food food back and McDonald's asked us who will be paying Uber for the second trip. The Uber driver came back to our house and said that McDonald's won't give him the food. My husband drove to McDonald's and they advised us that they did not have any watermelon fizz. My husband gets home with the food and a very hungry and angry family starts eating and we realize that they gave us the wrong sauce (ordered Jalepino mayo but received sweet and sour sauce). My husband phoned the manager (Onika) and she says o sorry we don't have any Jalepino sauce but you can come and get some tomorrow. True disappointment. Terrible service!
