Bad service

I was there this morning, upon arrival, there was no one in front to help the customers. Eventually someone came, the order was placed. We waited almost 20minutes for the order. At the coffee shop, also there was no one to help, after the lady was called, there was no lids for the coffee in front. Ag nee man, this was not good service from both places.
