Bad service

I ordered food a few minutes before 1pm and its 02:30 pm now and I still have not received my food from McDonalds Braamfontein. I tried calling them to track my order and I was told someone would call me back to inform me whats happening but nothing happened. I am pregnant and super hungry, this is the worst service
