Bad service

So disappointing service I received from Hillbrow MacDonald's from a lady by the name Xoliwe Philiso. Firstly the lady looked intoxicated, was rude towards us, we had to ask for the receipt as it looked like the order was not punched on the system. I tried to ask for the manager and the other lady came and was not helpful as it looked like it was organized. Please kindly train your staff about customer service, we can't be spending so much for such pathetic service.
