Bad service

McDonald’s Lifestyle Centre in pathetic when it come to service. We were the only customers inside the store but had to wait for 10 minutes to be assisted (order number 3389). Your employee named Dimakatso and her her manager need to be taught customer service skills, Dimakatso is rude & her manager doesn’t care. They behave as though providing service is a favour customers. Dimakatso didn’t want us to use Samsung pay, she said it wasn’t working and paid attention to other things.
