bad service

On Friday, 4 March 2016, I phoned McDonalds Wynberg to order food for two hungry kids at the school I work at. The gentleman at the branch was helpful but couldnt help me due to no stock and ice cream machine not working. So he suggested I phone Plumstead branch and when I did I was rudely told to phone the call centre. I tried 5 times to dial the call centre and couldnt get through. I phoned Plumstead again and the lady with very bad attitude said I should then try online. I tried more than 5 times and got kicked out. I was very upset and frustrated because I could not help my learners. <br> <br> Just needed to inform you.<br> <br> Thank you
