BAD SERVICE!!!

I was at McDonalds in Belhar on Friday Evening 2016-02-26 with My Girlfriend.I ordered 2 Large Hot Chocolates.I was given a slip with my order number 372. I waited for more than 20 minutes if not more for my 2 Hot Chocolates.I don't mind waiting,what made me angry is the fact that they were busy with order number 375 then 376,so that means they skipped my order,so whats the use for order numbers then.I asked a small black female how can they skip my order number and she told me there's nothing she can do because there was a black male that was busy with the orders,because he put together the orders and bring it for the customers.I asked the black female to please bring my 2 Hot Chocolates otherwise I will make a Big scene in that restaurant.She brought my 2 Hot Chocolates and when I got into the car I discovered that my 2 Hot Chocolates was cold,the cups was half full and there was actually no milk/cream in thw Hot Chocolates.I threw both Hot Chocolates away,so I actually gave out money for something that I didnt even taste or enjoy.I even took pictures of the 2 Hot Chocolates.
