Bad Service

I was at McDonalds twice this week, and both time I had to idle my petrol out just to stannd in a line to tell me ice cream is soft. No temp sign on first bord so you dont have to stand all 5he way to the end in line. When I went in to ask the manager about it she was so rude and said she cant walk out and put a sin on. Very very bad and unhappy
