Bad Service

Morning, I went to the McDonald's at Strijdom Park on Saturday 13th February, between 6:30 and 7:00. The lady at the counter that helped me friendly at first but as soon as I gave my order, she sighed and then put in my order on her computer, she repeated my order back to me which was incorrect, as I had to tell her again what I have ordered. Then after waiting a while for my food, I checked to see if everything was there, which was not, as she missed something that I have ordered, when I told her about this she was not very happy and was sort of rude in a way as well. When I got home, my order was still incorrect, as I have ordered a sausage mc****in and I got a sausage egg mc****in. I would really appreciate if your staff members treat your customers with a greeting smile and listen to what they order. as This is very unprofessional to treat a customer like this.
