Bad Service

This is the 2cnd complaint as I never received a response to the previous one I wrote.<br> I had my childs birthday at Mc Donalds selby on the 09/01/2016 I booked for 2pm for 10 children,when I arrived at Mc Donalds the tables were not set up and I was told that there had been a lack in communication between staff, also the manager seemed very nonchalant and told me because I booked for 2pm and they were still busy I can stay longer I told her that I had other engagements to attend to, however she did not seem interested. I must stay that the hostess that assisted me was very helpful (i think Bonita is her name not sure.) I am very unhappy about the service and attitude as I always go there and my kids love it
