BAD SERVICE

I had a party at Mc Donalds Selby for my daughter on the 08/09/2015 which I booked for 2pm. When I got to mc donlads the tables were not set and nothing was ready for the party and nobody seemed to know what was happening. we had to wait for everything to be done before the party started. i find this unacceptable and bad customer service. when i spoke to the manager she said there was a lack in comunication hence the delayedness, but she seemed not interested as well and told me if the party was supposed to start at 2pm we will then have extra time and I advised her that i have other appointments as well .The lady i think Bernita was her name, the hostess, was very very helpful though. I dont think i will have another party at mc donalds as this service was very poor.,
