bad service

I would like to start off by stressing how disappointed I am in the service that I've gotten this morning. The cashier Mhlezi was extremely rude and did not even greet me at just called out for next customer who then got ****ed when I asked to collect my 2 cuppacino's at the mc cafe and not at the food counter. - was then treated patheticly simply because I asked that question which I always collect at the mc cafe. Further more to my wait I saw on the monitor how my number (395) moved up and down from now preparing to now serving but not coming out by me. I got there and stood in a long que and had to look at everyone else ordering and collecting while I am waiting on my hot cakes that I know for a fact only needs to be heated which does not take long. I saw how the cashier kept on turning and speaking her language to the others and saw with my friend how no-one is bothering to prepare my hotcakes. Now I have had it and the manager(can't believe he is a manager) asked me what the problem was and went in the kitchen and prepared and brought my food. Very dissappointed and disgusted. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon and hope you will compensate me.
