Bad service.

On the 1st of November 2015 around 21:15 I was at McDonald's and me and my aunt waited for our food for more than 15 minutes after placing an order. No one apologised and bothered to tell us that we'll have to wait that long for our food. We started hooting because no one was attending to us and the next thing we were attacked by a one of the customers kicking our car and the staff there didn't bother to stop him. When we fought back they threatened to call the cops on us but every time this guy kicked our car they didn't say anything. I am very disappointed with the level of service we received. I hope something will be done. It was not our problem that they were short staffed and they must hire security guards that know their work and not take sides. I am still shocked, angry and disappointed. I wasn't expecting this kind of service from McDonald's.
