Bad Service

This morning i went to buy an oreo mcflurry at mcdonalds ellis park and i was offered one other than the one i initially ordered. After inquiring as to whether those were the only flavours now being served, the cashier then decided to correct the order without even apologising for trying to make me buy a different flavour. After finally giving me the oreo mcflurry i'd ordered i realised that it was half full. i then queried about this and she told that, it was how it's usually served and if i wanted extra oreos i should pay an extra R3.50. I decided to decline the order and asked for a refund. Olikia came to ask me to about what had transpired and i explained to him, firstly he did not apologise for the incovenience and secondly they asked me to sign a refund slip which i refused as by this time i just wanted to get my refund and leave. they threatened not to give me the money unless i signed. i then asked for the manager who eventually gave me the money. the service was very bad from Kedibone and Olikia.
