Bad service

So today went to Mcdonalds in Kuilsriver for the egg****in special. I got there after 6 in the morning was told the system is offline so they cant serve the special, I should come back later. At 8:30 went back and was told the special is done they are not serving it anymore. Im so disappointed at their service because it ws still early
