Bad service

So I've been having so many issues with Macdonald's in ottery. When I place my orders they either bringing me the wrong meals or cancelling my orders without letting me know. I've logged a complaint twice and have heard nothing back. Tonight I placed a order again at 19:20 and it's now 22:30 and still did not receive my order. I called so many times just to be told it will be delivered. Taking into account that there deliveries closes at 22:00. I am so fed up. There needs to be better management with Macdonald's ottery. I am deeply disappointed.
