Bad Service

I Had a very unpleasant experience at McCafe inside Southgate Mall. I ordered 4 chocolate sundae's and 1 mcflurry with strawberries, the lady that prepared them ESTER, was very rude. She gave the Mcflurry without strawberries and I explained that was not what I had ordered she started talking loud telling me I have to pay for another 1 and she will not replace it until we pay again. I tried explaining that the cashier might have made a mistake but she did not give me a chance to speak she was just being rude and insisting I pay, they did not even give me a receipt. I feel that she has no manners, very unprofessional and does not know how to speak to customers, even after asking her name she started Screaming her name and said I can do what I want to. This was shocking to me as this is the 1st time ever a Mcdonalds Employee was rude to me.
