BAD SERVICE

False advertising of this stupid scratch card. I redeemed my voucher they said they will send the code for the discount via sms or whatsapp. I've been waiting 4 days for them to contact me. Whenever I call their Centre I cannot get through. Also ordered online on Sunday 30th June and my God I waited more then 2 hours then the delivery guy still drives away after I told him I'm coming and they sent back cold burgers and hard chips. My goodness, the staff is never friendly or nice they never smile they just there because they have to be.
