Bad Service

I ordered and paid for my order at 19:55 using the McDelivery app... It's 22:00 my food still has not been delivered, yet on the app it states my food has been delivered. I phoned into the call center 4times they said my food has left the store but I still don't have my food. They haven't even phoned me to check if I finally received my meal. This is bad service and I want my money back
