Bad service

I went to McDonald Douglasdale 23 May 2019 and opted to go inside to buy ice cream and later decided on adding a doughnut. My ticket number from the self service order machine was 3159. I waited for 30min for the ladies to prepare meals for other clients instead of them having a quick queue for readily available items. You do not need to prepare a doughnut. It's a quick service. The same for ice cream. The car I would have been behind on the drive through left way ahead. I'd expect the process to be handled more efficiently. I left my order and decided to come back 20min later to collect my slip. The store had lost it and could not find it!! It's simple, you have a system that can re-print - use it. Instead of keeping me waiting another while to regain my slip. The process was pathetically handled. I went to KFC to buy ice cream just up the road. I got my ice cream in less that 2min. McDonald's Douglasdale has a long way to go if their staff members are not trained properly to handle each customer's order uniquely and not as a bulk order. I would like my refund as I left with no ice cream nor doughnut due to lack of service
