bad service

I am disappointed at the level of service I received this afternoon from your branch in Rosebank. I work in customer service and I must say from when I placed my order I was not impressed. The lady assisting me got the address wrong and delivered my food all the way in benoni and I haven't ordered from that address in a year now.The address was confirmed 3 times an it was still wrong,my order took about an hour and a half to arrive(food was cold).When it finally arrived the driver made me pay,however my drink had spilled and almost half of it and said he will go and bring another one but that would take another 30minutes so I settled for half a service and I paid a full amount.
