Bad service

Good day , It’s my first time ordering via the app and I received a bad poor service at 13:52 I placed an order using the app and was given the estimated time to be 14:20 to 14:35 03 2019 for my food to arrive. the order didn't arrive at the estimated time and arrives an hour later , when I receive a call from a ********** number at 15:06 stating that my food is outside when I get to the gate the driver leaves with no communication. I call back the 011 number to inform them of the incident, they told me that they will send back the driver I waited for 20 min outside my work gate nothing or a phone call from the delivery notifying me of the drivers where about . now am back to my work station I am receiving calls from strange numbers ********** / ********** and I could respond as my work does not allow us to answer phones . I am honestly sad and not happy about the service I received especially for a first time customer to order on line. so I would like to return back the food and be refunded my money back.
