Bad service

On Sunday eve, 17 February, I visited your Honeycrest store. Firstly... pathetic service!!! Stood in line for 10min while your staff were chatting (it wasn't even that full)! Get to the counter to place my order, no ice-cream available. Why is there NO sign. I think I'll stick to KFC.
