Bad service

Ordered food from the Call center for delivery , the food was delivered by Tiger on 04/12/2018 17H13 . He mistakenly punched in R810 instead of R81. We called in the call center Spoke to Lebo management from Craig hall and they promised us the money will be refunded 1st thing in the morning. No call came trough and I had to call back 3 times be for my call was directed to the Head office which Kgomotsho from head Office sent me an email to for wad her my details so they can refund me my money . Till today I’m waiting for either of them to return my money . Today 10/12/2018 I called ********** 433 Kgomotso is no longer taking my calls , he is supposedly on Leave … CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY MC DONALD its been a week already ********** 376
