Bad service.

Today I went to order 2 mcfeast medium meals at McDonald’s in canal walk. I’ve never had such bad service in my life, I had to wait 1 and a half hours for my order. I followed up on my order several times and they just told me that it’s busy getting prepared. When I asked to speak to a manager they just said that they will make the burgers now and I had to wait another 15 minutes. The staff had bad attitudes every time i asked them to check on my order. If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. This is not the first time it has happened. I will not be going back there anytime soon thanks.
