bad service

horrific customer service. mc donalds Nkomo village centre (Atteridgeville). my first option was drive through waited for 15 min literally no car was moving. i decided to go inside worse . self service option and i paid, went to chicken licken, for about 30 min got my order. went back to Mcdonalds to collect my order still not done, the manger telling us of we must be patient. the queue for payment and collections was handled by 1 person. i have been to different mcdonalds but this was shocking. the stuff is unhappy and it shows with the attitude they give us. there is no sense of urgency.
