Bad service

Went to Mc D in Plumstead this morning and no one to assist at the drive thru.Finally someone opened the door and we went in and ordered our breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for it to arrive. A trainee on the till and kitchen staff running up and down and lots of sirens going off in the kitchen. And to top it off they forgot to give our coldrinks.Asked a guy what is wrong and he just ignored me.I'm disgusted in their service.
