Bad service

Mc Donald's , located in Malmesbury western cape got unacceptable service. I decided to go to the drive thru and i was told to go wait in front. This was not the first time such thing happened and the service need to be better. Very little custobmers was in the restaurant at the time so no excuses to tell me to wait in the parking area. Drive throughs is for fast service on the go. Worst experience at a fastfood place ever and i wouldn't reccomend a friend to go there.
